Press Release regarding WPBH (FM), Panama City, FL

Clear Channel Communications, Inc. and the Aloha Station Trust LLC have entered into an agreement to sell radio station WPBH (FM) serving the Panama City, FL radio market to OMNI Broadcasting, Inc.

WPBH (FM)  is licensed to Port St. Joe, FL, and operates on 93.5 MHz.
