Press Release Announcing Formation of Digital Fortress, Inc.
Meritage Funds, Halyard Capital and Sweetwater Capital have formed Digital Fortress, Inc. which has acquired Fortress Colocation Centers and digital.forest, Inc. in separate transactions. Both Fortress Colocation and digital.forest provide colocation and data center services and are based in Seattle, WA.
Financial terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
Media Venture Partners, LLC served as financial advisor to digital.forest in its sale and separately advised Digital Fortress on the acquisition of Fortress Colocation.
